Living for Jesus

How does one live so as to live for God?  In this world, we must be a mirror of the love of God and the demonstration of his power living in each of us.  The world needs to see the reality of God and to know God cares greatly for all.  This only happens when we surrender everything to God and live in such a way that others are impacted by God living in and through us.

Scripture tells us, “We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed, perplexed, but not driven to despair, persecuted, but not forsaken, struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies.  For while we live we are always being given up to death for Jesus’ sake, so that the life of Jesus may be manifested in our mortal flesh.

We are called to live completely in and for Jesus, so that others may know God and experience his love and the fellowship of the Trinity in their lives.  May we always listen with our spirit and soul and follow Jesus!
